Copy of Sublicenses and Sublicensee Royalty Reports will submit to Stanford a copy of each Sublicense, any subsequent amendments and all copies of sublicensees’ royalty reports. Beginning with the first Sublicense, the Chief Financial Officer or equivalent will certify annually regarding the name and number of sublicensees.
Copy of Sublicenses and Sublicensee Royalty Reports will submit to Stanford copies of each Sublicense within 30 days of signing, any subsequent amendments and all copies of sublicensees’ royalty reports. The copies must be unredacted. Beginning with the first Sublicense, the Chief Financial Officer or equivalent will certify annually regarding the name and number of sublicensees.

Forty Seven will submit to Stanford a copy of each Sublicense, any subsequent amendments, and all copies of sublicensees’ royalty reports, which may in each case be reasonably redacted for information not relevant to this Agreement. Beginning with the first Sublicense, Graphite’s Chief Financial Officer or equivalent will certify annually regarding the name and number of then-current Sublicensees.
Copy of Sublicenses and Sublicensee Royalty Reports. Nalu will submit to AcceleMed a copy of each Sublicense, any subsequent amendments and all copies of sublicensees’ royalty reports. Beginning with the first Sublicense, the Chief Financial Officer or equivalent will certify annually regarding the name and number of sublicensees.
Copy of Sublicenses and Sublicensee Royalty Reports. Surrozen will submit to Stanford (A) a copy of each Sublicense and each Further Sublicense, any subsequent amendments within [****] of execution; and (B) all copies of Sublicensees’ and Further Sublicensee’s royalty reports for Licensed Products within [****] from the date of receipt, as applicable.
