Common use of Copy of Transfer Certificate Clause in Contracts

Copy of Transfer Certificate. Assignment Agreement or Increase Confirmation to Obligors’ Agent The Agent shall, as soon as reasonably practicable after it has executed a Transfer Certificate, an Assignment Agreement or an Increase Confirmation, send to the Obligors’ Agent a copy of that Transfer Certificate, Assignment Agreement or Increase Confirmation and each Obligor, to the extent permitted by the laws of its jurisdiction of incorporation, confirms that such delivery to the Obligor’s Agent shall be considered as a notification to it of such transfer, assignment or increase.
