Upon the appointment of any subsequent transfer agent for the Shares, the Company will mail to the Warrant Holder a statement setting forth the name and address of such transfer agent.

Upon the appointment of any subsequent transfer agent for the Common Stock or other shares of the Corporation’s capital stock issuable upon the exercise of the rights of purchase represented by this Warrant, the Corporation will mail to the Holder a statement setting forth the name and address of such transfer agent.

Upon the appointment of any subsequent transfer agent for the Ordinary Shares or other shares of the Company’s capital stock issuable upon the exercise of the rights of purchase represented by the Warrant, the Company will mail to the Warrantholder a statement setting forth the name and address of such transfer agent.
