COPYRIGHT CLEARANCE. Before cablecasting program material, CMAP shall require all users to agree in writing that they shall make all appropriate arrangements to obtain all rights to all material cablecast or distributed through other means such as the Internet and clearances from broadcast stations, networks, sponsors, music licensing organizations' representatives, and without limitation from the foregoing, any and all other persons as may be necessary to transmit their program material over the PEG access channels or other means such as the Internet that are operated and managed by CMAP. CMAP shall maintain copies of all such user agreements for inspection by the Cities, upon reasonable notice by the Cities and for the term of the applicable statute of limitations.
COPYRIGHT CLEARANCE. Concessionaire and Concessionaire’s Subtenants are responsible for obtaining permission to transmit any copyrighted music, including but not limited to, radio broadcasts, recorded music, and television broadcasts, in their Leased Premises at the Airport in compliance with Federal Copyright Law found in Title 17 of the United States Code, or as amended.
COPYRIGHT CLEARANCE. All Copyright Clearance shall be completed by the University Library through Online Learning. It is the responsibility of the Course Author to work with the Online Learning Team to identify resources that require copyright clearance and provide any assistance necessary to ensure that permissions to use third party materials are obtained before using them in an online course. All permissions should be in writing and will be retained by the Library for Online Learning and filed with the Program. The University Library shall work on copyright clearance and shall notify the Course Author and the Program, in writing, in the event there are any restrictions on the use of third party materials for the intended use of developing and delivering the Course in an online format. The Course Author agrees that the Program may determine whether such materials can be used in the Course. In cases where copyright clearance for intended resources is not attainable, the Library will assist in identifying alternative resources. The Course Author xxxx xxxxxxxxx and assist the University with the defense of any and all claims that arise from the Program’s use and delivery of the Course for the intended use.

Before cablecasting any program material, SJCMAC shall require all users to agree in writing that they shall make all appropriate arrangements to obtain all rights to all material cablecast and clearances from broadcast stations, networks, sponsors, music licensing organizations' representatives, and without limitation from the foregoing, any and all other persons as may be necessary to transmit their program material over the PE access channels that are operated and managed by SJCMAC. SJCMAC shall maintain for inspection by CITY, upon reasonable written notice by CITY and for the term of the applicable statute of limitations, copies of all such user agreements.
COPYRIGHT CLEARANCE. FCCA shall require Access Users to obtain, all talent and location releases as appropriate, all rights to all material cablecast and clearances from broadcast stations, networks, sponsors, music licensing organizations' representatives, and without limitation from the foregoing, from any and all other person(s) as may be necessary to transmit its or their program material over an Access Channel in a lawful manner. Access Users shall be required to represent that such clearances and rights have been obtained by completing an Access User production agreement form to be filed with FCCA. Access Users shall, when requested, further identify themselves as responsible for all opinions, statements and other representations made during their program. FCCA shall forward all communications from viewers directly to the named producer of that program.
COPYRIGHT CLEARANCE. Before cablecasting video transmissions, OPERATOR shall require all users to agree in writing that they shall make all appropriate arrangements to obtain all rights to all material cablecast and clearances from broadcast stations, networks, sponsors, music licensing organizations' representatives, and without limitation from the foregoing, any and all other persons as may be necessary to transmit its or their program material over the PEG access channels that are operated and managed by OPERATOR. OPERATOR shall maintain for the applicable statute of limitations for Town's inspection, upon reasonable notice by Town and for the term of the applicable statute of limitations, copies of all such user agreements.
COPYRIGHT CLEARANCE. Copyright clearance and the payment of any associated fees shall be the responsibility of the contributing institution. Clearance procedures shall be consistent with PALMM practice. A statement of Internet distribution rights procured by the contributing institution from the copyright holder shall be included with contributed resource. When the contributed resource is an image file, the statement should be supplied as an image file. When the contributed resource is a full-text file, the statement should be supplied as part of the catalog record (i.e., 540 |a of the catalog record). Items found to be in violation of U.S. Copyright legislation will be removed from the on-line collection until the contributing institution can negotiate appropriate clearance.
COPYRIGHT CLEARANCE. LCTV shall require all content providers to agree in writing that they shall make all appropriate and lawful arrangements to obtain all required lawful rights to all material cablecast and clearances from broadcast stations, networks, sponsors, music licensing organizations' representatives, and/or without limitation from the foregoing, any and all other persons as may be necessary to transmit its or their program material over the PEG access channels that are operated and managed by LCTV. LCTV shall maintain for three (3) years for the Town's inspection, upon reasonable notice, copies of all such agreements.
COPYRIGHT CLEARANCE. Before cablecasting video transmissions, SLCUSD shall require all users to agree in writing that they shall make all appropriate arrangements to obtain all rights to all material cablecast and clearances from broadcast stations, networks, sponsors, music licensing organizations' representatives, and without limitation from the foregoing, any and all other persons as may be necessary to transmit its or their program material over the PEG access channels that are operated and managed by SLCUSD. SLCUSD shall maintain for the applicable statute of limitations for City's inspection, upon reasonable notice by City and for the term of the applicable statute of limitations, copies of all such user agreements.
COPYRIGHT CLEARANCE. Before cablecasting any program material, CMCM shall require all users to agree in writing that they shall make all appropriate arrangements to obtain all rights to all material cablecast or distributed through any other means, such as the Internet and clearances from broadcast stations, networks, sponsors, music licensing organizations’ representatives, any and all other persons as may be necessary to transmit their program material over the PEG access channels, or other means of distribution such as the Internet that are operated and managed by CMCM. CMCM shall maintain for inspection by the MTA, upon reasonable notice by the MTA and for the term of the applicable statute of limitations, copies of all such user agreements.
