COPYRIGHT CLEARANCE Sample Clauses
The COPYRIGHT CLEARANCE clause establishes the requirement for obtaining legal permission to use copyrighted materials within the scope of an agreement or project. It typically obligates one or both parties to secure the necessary rights, licenses, or authorizations before incorporating third-party content such as images, text, music, or software. This clause ensures that all materials used are lawfully cleared, thereby protecting the parties from potential copyright infringement claims and legal disputes.
