Copyright etc. (a) The Executive shall promptly disclose to the Company all works including, without limitation, all copyright works or designs originated, conceived, developed, written or made by the Executive alone or with others during the Employment which relate, or could relate, to the Businesses and shall (to the extent that they do not automatically vest in the Company by operation of law) hold them in trust for the Company until such rights have been fully and absolutely vested in the Company.
