COPYRIGHTING. The SPONSOR shall be prohibited from copyrighting the final reports or copyrighting any papers, interim reports, forms or other material which are a part of the work under this Agreement, without written approval from the DEPARTMENT. The DEPARTMENT reserves the right to a royalty-free, non-exclusive and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish, use and authorize others to use, the work prepared under this Agreement.
