COPYRIGHTS AND/OR PATENT RIGHTS. Proposer warrants that there has been no violation of copyrights and/or patent rights in the manufacturing, producing of selling the goods, shipped or ordered, as a result of this proposal and the Proposer agrees to hold the City harmless from any and all liability, loss, or expense occasioned by any such violation.
