CORAF Arrangements: Subsidiary Grant Agreement. (a) For the purposes of carrying out Parts 1.2, 1.5, 3.1(a) and 4(i) of the Project, the Recipient shall make the proceeds of the Financing allocated from time to time to Categories (2)(a) and (4) available to CORAF on a grant basis under a subsidiary grant agreement to be entered into between the Recipient and CORAF, under terms and conditions approved by the Association (“Subsidiary Grant Agreement”).
