Corn Specifications. All corn delivered to Producer will be U.S. No. 2 yellow dent corn with maximum moisture of 15.0%, and subject to discounts or premiums as mutually agreed upon in writing by the Parties. Additionally, all corn will comply with all other specifications, if any, as mutually agreed upon in writing from time to time by the Parties. Such other specifications may set forth toxin standards including without limitation standards relating to mycotoxins and vomitoxins. Corn meeting the specifications herein is referred to in this Agreement as “Corn”.
