Common use of Corporate Approval Clause in Contracts

Corporate Approval. The Board of Directors of Buyer shall have duly approved this Agreement and all transactions contemplated hereby, and Buyer shall obtain the Buyer Shareholder Approval from its shareholders.

Corporate Approval. The Board of Directors and (if required) stockholders of Buyer Seller shall have duly approved this Agreement and all transactions contemplated hereby, and Buyer shall obtain the Buyer Shareholder Approval from its shareholderstransaction described herein.
