Common use of Corporate Approval Clause in Contracts

Corporate Approval. Prior to the Closing, this Agreement, the Contemplated Transactions shall have been duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Purchaser, in accordance with applicable Law.

Corporate Approval. Prior to the Closing, this Agreement, Agreement and the Contemplated Transactions shall have been duly approved by all the Board members and the managers of Directors of the Purchaser, each Company in accordance with applicable Law.
