Common use of Corporate authorities Clause in Contracts

Corporate authorities. (i) Certified Copies of resolutions of the directors of the Borrower approving this Agreement and authorising the execution and delivery hereof and performance of the Borrower’s obligations hereunder, additionally certified by an officer of the Borrower as having been duly passed at a duly convened meeting of the directors of the Borrower and not having been amended, modified or revoked and being in full force and effect; and (ii) original or Certified Copy of any power of attorney issued by the Borrower pursuant to such resolutions;

Corporate authorities. (i) Certified Copies of resolutions of the directors of each of the Borrower Borrowers approving this Supplemental Agreement to which it is a party and authorising the execution and delivery hereof thereof and performance of the Borrower’s Borrowers’ obligations hereunderthereunder, additionally certified by an officer of the such Borrower as having been duly passed at a duly convened meeting of the directors of the such Borrower and not having been amended, modified or revoked and being in full force and effect; and (ii) original originals or Certified Copy Copies of any power powers of attorney issued by the any Borrower pursuant to such resolutions;

(i) Certified Copies of resolutions of the directors and shareholders of the Borrower approving this Agreement such of the Ship Security Documents and authorising the execution and delivery hereof thereof and performance of the Borrower’s its obligations hereunderthereunder, additionally certified by an officer one of the Borrower its officers as having been duly passed at a duly convened meeting meetings of the its directors of the Borrower and shareholders and not having been amended, modified or revoked and being in full force and effect; and (iii) original originals or Certified Copy Copies of any power powers of attorney issued by the Borrower pursuant to such resolutions;

(i) Certified Copies copies of resolutions of the directors of the Borrower approving this Agreement and the Mortgage Addendum and authorising the execution and delivery hereof and performance of the Borrower’s obligations hereunder, additionally certified by an officer of the Borrower as having been duly passed at a duly convened meeting of adopted by the directors of the Borrower and not having been amended, modified or revoked and being in full force and effect; and (ii) original or Certified Copy originals of any power powers of attorney issued by the Borrower pursuant to such resolutions;
