Common use of Corporate authorities Clause in Contracts

Corporate authorities. (a) a list of directors and officers of the Borrower specifying the names and positions of such persons, certified by an officer of the Borrower to be true, complete and up to date;

Corporate authorities. (ai) a list of directors and officers of the Borrower and Guarantor C specifying the names and positions of such persons, certified by an officer of the Borrower such Security Party to be true, complete and up to date;

Corporate authorities. (ab) a an original and legalised list of directors and officers of the each Borrower specifying the names and positions of such persons, certified by an officer of the such Borrower to be true, complete and up to date;
