Common use of Corporate/Capital Structure Clause in Contracts

Corporate/Capital Structure. The Lenders shall be satisfied with the ownership, corporate and legal structure and capitalization of the Company and its Subsidiaries, including, without limitation, the terms and conditions of their respective charters and by-laws, the terms of the Company's and such Subsidiaries' capital stock, options, warrants or other securities and any agreements related thereto.

Corporate/Capital Structure. The Lenders shall be satisfied with the ownership, corporate and legal structure and capitalization of the Company and its Subsidiaries, including, without limitation, the terms and conditions of its and their respective charters charter and by-lawsbylaws, the terms of the Company's and such its Subsidiaries' capital stock, options, warrants or other securities issued by the Company or its Subsidiaries and any agreements related theretothe management of the Company and its Subsidiaries shall be acceptable to the Lenders.
