Common use of Corporate Citizenship Clause in Contracts

Corporate Citizenship. Novartis gives preference to Third Parties who share Novartis’ societal and environmental values, as set forth in the Novartis Policy on Corporate Citizenship and Novartis Corporate Citizenship Guideline #5, both of which are attached as Exhibit E and incorporated herein by reference. Accordingly, Company represents and warrants that this Agreement will be performed in material compliance with all applicable Laws and regulations, including, without limitation, Laws and regulations relating to health, safety and the environment, fair labor practices and unlawful discrimination.
