Common use of Corporate Compliance Program Clause in Contracts

Corporate Compliance Program. Ascension Health may identify Permitted Auditors that shall have access to and shall audit those aspects of Supplier’s Corporate Compliance Program that relate to the Services or Supplier’s obligations under this Agreement on an annual basis, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
