Common use of Corporate Compliance Clause in Contracts

Corporate Compliance. Provider shall participate in the implementation of CMHSP’s Corporate Compliance program, including, but not limited to, providing required information for completion of compliance audits, reviews, investigations, and remediation. Provider will promulgate policy that specifies procedures and standards of conduct that articulate Provider’s commitment to comply with all applicable Federal and State standards.

Corporate Compliance. Provider shall participate in the implementation of CMHSP’s CMHSP or LRE Corporate Compliance program, including, but not limited to, providing required information for completion of compliance audits, reviews, investigations, and remediation. Provider will promulgate policy that specifies procedures and standards of conduct that articulate demonstrate Provider’s commitment to comply compliance with all applicable Federal and State laws, rules, standards, and regulations.
