HOUSING PROGRAM. The Contractor shall participate with CPSA in delivering housing services in compliance and with CPSA’s Housing Plan and the ADHS/DBHS/CPSA Provider Manual. The Contractor shall deliver Housing Support Services in accordance with the ADHS/DBHS Covered Services Guide and ADHS/DBHS/CPSA Provider Manual, Section 10.3, Housing Support Services.
HOUSING PROGRAM. The COLLEGE shall ensure the faculty access to housing programs and benefits through proper and official coordination with appropriate government and non-government agencies, and other entities; provided the faculty concerned shall pay for the said housing unit.
HOUSING PROGRAM. The AGENCY shall endeavour to provide affordable housing programs for its employees. Jointly with the UNION, the AGENCY shall work for a special housing projects for employees, subject to the qualifications prescribed by the AGENCY.

SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT THE PROVIDENCE SERVICE CORPORATION CONTRACT NUMBER: A0508 FY05/06 STANDARD TERMS
A. PROVISION OF SERVICES The Contractor, subject to the terms of this Subcontract, at the maximum dollar amounts and rates set forth herein or in any Schedule hereto, agrees to provide Covered Services to members as the Contractor may be authorized to do so by CPSA as provided herein.
HOUSING PROGRAM. The Developer shall invest Five Million ------------ --------------- Dollars ($5,000,000) in a program for the renovation of existing housing and construction of new market rate housing in the Greater Xxxxxxx Area as required in the Certificate (the "Housing funds"). For purposes of this Agreement, the "Greater Xxxxxxx Area" means and is limited to the area within the corporate boundaries of the City. The City and the Developer shall consult with each other concerning the formation and preparation of a conceptual plan for the use of Housing Funds and the implementation of such conceptual plan in order to xxxxxx the harmonious and comprehensive development of housing within the City (the "Development Program"). The investment, disbursement and use of the Housing Funds shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Development Program. The Development Program may, among other things, establish a demonstration project for the use of Indiana steel in residential construction framing, establish private loan programs for owners and developers of residential housing in the Greater Xxxxxxx Area, and be focused on both new construction and renovation.
HOUSING PROGRAM. At ADHS’ discretion in collaboration with the Contractor, the development of SMI housing shall be based upon the availability of funding and the identified need of the enrolled eligible beneficiaries of the Contractor.
HOUSING PROGRAM. The Filipino Officer takes part of the Philippine PAG-IBIG Program to assure a decent standard of living with security of the basic needs in life such as shelter.
HOUSING PROGRAM. The TRANSCO shall ensure employees’ access to housing benefits and information pertinent thereto. Jointly with MINTREA, the TRANSCO shall work for a special housing allocation for its qualified employees.
HOUSING PROGRAM. Meals
1. All Orientation Counselors are required to complete the Housing Application for first summer and second summer; however, the deposit will be covered by New Student & Family Services. NSFS will include the deposit (approximately $50-100) as part of your compensation after move-out in July should there be no damages, lost keys, or other outstanding fees. The deposit will come as a refund from Housing & Residence Life at move-out.
2. OCs will be held responsible for all damages, lost keys, or other fees associated with their residence hall assignment except for rental charges accrued during the SOAR Program from May 20, 2021 through approximately July 31, 2020.
3. Orientation Counselors will abide by the ID policy in the residence halls and carry their student ID card with them at all times.
4. Orientation Counselors will abide by the guest policy throughout the duration of employment. OCs are not allowed to have guests in the building during SOAR, including Sunday night through Friday afternoon. OCs may have guests until 10:00 p.m. on Early Arrival nights. OCs are allowed to have guests, following normal housing rules and procedures, on Friday and Saturday nights.
5. No smoking is allowed in the residence halls. All Orientation Counselors must smoke in designated outdoor areas, and may not smoke during work hours of SOAR sessions.
HOUSING PROGRAM. 3.2.1. At AHCCCS’ discretion and in collaboration with the TRBHA, the development of SMI housing shall be based upon the availability of funding, approval of the TRBHA’s spending plan and the identified need of the Members.
