Corporate Existence, Licenses and Permits; Maintenance of Properties. The Company shall at all times use commercially reasonable efforts to do or cause to be done all things necessary to maintain, preserve and renew its existence as a corporation organized under the laws of a state of the United States of America, and to preserve and keep in force and effect, and cause each of its consolidated Subsidiaries to apply for on a timely basis, all licenses and permits necessary and material to the conduct of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole.
