Common use of Corporate Liability Clause in Contracts

Corporate Liability. It is understood and agreed by the parties that Xxxx Engineering is a Texas corporation, and it has contracted to perform services in the Agreement as a corporation and not as individuals. Therefore, Client agrees to make no claim, demand, or suit directed against individual employees, agents, and officers of Xxxx Engineering for their acts done as employees, agents, or officers.
