Common use of Corporate Ratings Clause in Contracts

Corporate Ratings. The Borrower shall have used commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a corporate family and/or corporate credit rating for the Borrower and a rating for the Term Loan Facility, in each case from each of S&P and Xxxxx'x.
