Common use of CORPORATE RELOCATION Clause in Contracts

CORPORATE RELOCATION. Should the Company relocate its principal executive offices to a location outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, metroplex area, and Executive is required to relocate to such area, the Company will reimburse the Executive for all of his reasonable and customary relocation expenses pursuant to the Company’s regular relocation policy then in effect.
