Common use of Corporate Resolutions and Approvals Clause in Contracts

Corporate Resolutions and Approvals. The Administrative Agent shall have received, in sufficient quantity for the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, certified copies of the resolutions of the Board of Directors (or the equivalent) of the Borrower and each other Credit Party approving this Agreement and all Other Credit Documents and of all documents evidencing other necessary corporate action and governmental approvals, if any, with respect to the execution, delivery and performance by the Borrower and each other Credit Party of this Agreement.
