Common use of Corporate Tenants Clause in Contracts

Corporate Tenants. If Tenant is not an individual, the individual(s) executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant hereby covenant(s) and warrant(s) that: (i) Tenant is duly formed, qualified to do business and in good standing in the state in which the Building is located; and (ii) such Person(s) are duly authorized by such Person to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of Tenant. Tenant shall remain qualified to do business and in good standing in said state throughout the Term.
