Common use of Corporate Tenants Clause in Contracts

Corporate Tenants. In the event Tenant is a corporation, the persons executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant hereby covenant and warrant that: i) Tenant is a duly constituted corporation qualified to do business in Maryland; ii) all Tenants franchises and corporate taxes have been paid to date; and such person(s) that is (are) executing this Lease are duly authorized by the Board of Directors of such corporation to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of the corporation.

Corporate Tenants. In the event If Tenant is a corporation, the persons executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant hereby covenant and warrant that: i) Tenant is a duly constituted corporation qualified to do business in the State of Maryland; ii) all Tenants Tenant’s franchises and corporate taxes have been paid to date; all future forms, reports, fees and other documents necessary for Tenant to comply with applicable laws will be filed by Tenant when due; and such person(s) that is (are) executing this Lease persons are duly authorized by the Board board of Directors directors of such corporation to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of the corporation.
