CORPORATE WARDROBE. 26.1. Council recognises the benefit of having staff identified in the workplace and community as employees of Council. In this regard, Council will pay, up to a maximum of $500 per annum (excluding GST), to inside Administration staff who purchase from either the NNT - Local Government Collection or Local Government Corporate Collection and formally agree the uniforms will become compulsory to wear upon receipt of the uniform.
CORPORATE WARDROBE. An employee may be required to wear the corporate wardrobe supplied and maintained by ▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇ on terms agreed between ▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the FSU. Prior to any change being implemented, ▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇ will consult with the FSU and this consultation process will allow for sufficient input over issues including, but not limited to, the quality and quantity of garments and the environment and climate in which such garments will be worn.
CORPORATE WARDROBE. 24.1 Employees presentation to the public must be professional and of a high standard. The wearing of corporate wardrobe is preferred as per the standards of the Approved Corporate Wardrobe 24.
CORPORATE WARDROBE. The employer recognises the benefit of having its employees identified in the workplace and in the community as employees of the Council. Wardrobe Establishment Council will pay up to a maximum of $600 towards the initial establishment cost of corporate uniform items, or uniform items as approved by management, purchased from the relevant and approved Council Corporate Wardrobe suppliers on the appointment of a full time employee after successful completion of the probationary period. Council will pay a pro rata rate for part time employees determined by their usual hours worked per fortnight, where the usual hours worked are less than 65 hours per fortnight. Wardrobe Maintenance Council will pay up to a maximum of $600 per annum per employee towards the cost of corporate uniform items , or uniform items as approved by management, purchased from the relevant and approved Council Corporate Wardrobe suppliers in line with Council's corporate uniform policy. Council will pay a pro rata rate for part time employees determined by their usual hours worked per fortnight, where the usual hours worked are less than 65 hours per fortnight. Staff in receipt of the wardrobe establishment assistance are not eligible for the wardrobe maintenance assistance until the following financial year. Casuals are exempt from any financial uniform assistance from Council unless authorized by the Chief Executive Officer. Employees working at The Valleys are covered by a separate arrangement with the Manager of The Valleys and are not subject to the provisions of this clause. The cost of providing PPE is to be funded by the Council and is not included in either the wardrobe establishment or maintenance assistance amounts. Clause 36- No Further Claims Apart from the payment granted under ▇▇▇▇▇▇ 32 of this Agreement, the parties to this Agreement agree: • That for the life of this Agreement there will be no further claims or salary increases sought or granted, except those provided under the terms of this Agreement.
CORPORATE WARDROBE.
(a) Luxottica takes great pride in its professionalism. An extension of Luxottica’s professionalism is the requirement that associates must always present themselves, for and during work, in a professional and business-like manner at a standard that is acceptable to Luxottica.
(b) If an associate does not meet these requirements they may be directed to not start or cease work, without pay, until such time as the associate is dressed to the required standard.
(c) A garment package of 2 tops and 2 bottoms, or a combination equivalent to 4 pieces, will be provided free on 1 January each year to all associates who are required to wear a corporate wardrobe. Luxottica will also pay 50% of the actual cost of further corporate wardrobe items up to a maximum value of $500 per year.
CORPORATE WARDROBE. 28.1 Subject to the provisions of Clause 27.6 hereof the wearing of the Local Government
28.2 All employees agree to abide by the employer's requirement for the wearing of the Local
28.3 Each new employee, having served the required probation period in accordance with the Award, shall, on the initial purchase of the Local Government Corporate Wardrobe receive an establishment grant of $400.00 (four hundred dollars), on proof of purchase, towards the cost of the approved Local Government Corporate Wardrobe.
28.4 All employees under this Agreement shall receive reimbursement of up to $400.00 (four hundred dollars) per annum, on proof of purchase, towards the maintenance of the Local Government Corporate Wardrobe.
28.5 The above clauses do not apply, where employees are required to comply with Council policy relating to the wearing of a particular Council uniform. In these circumstances, Council is responsible to pay the full cost of the uniform.
28.6 The following shall be the key elements of the rights of classes of employees to access the corporate wardrobe allowance:-
28.6.1 All new employees on fixed term contracts of employment engaged for twelve (12) months or less – not entitled to establishment grant or maintenance allowance for corporate wardrobe;
28.6.2 All new employees on fixed term contracts of employment for a period greater than twelve (12) months – matter to be negotiated with the individual employee and supervisor on a case by case basis, having regard to:- • access to establishment grant may be negotiated for any employee on a fixed term contract for a period greater than twelve (12) months; • should contract result in permanent employment, full yearly allowance then available to any employee.
28.6.3 All existing employees including permanent full time, permanent part time, which may include casuals at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer, – full entitlements as per the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement(s);
28.6.4 In respect of all new employees, the usual probationary period(s) will apply, and as such it is not recommended that any corporate wardrobe allowances be made available until the successful conclusion of the agreed probation period(s).
CORPORATE WARDROBE. The District Council of Mount ▇▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges that staff wearing of corporate uniform provides a professional image and brand of Council. Currently Council does not have a defined corporate image and seeks to develop a procedure which outlines the purpose and intent of the Corporate Wardrobe, including reimbursement to staff. This procedure will be developed within 3 months of the certification of this Agreement, based upon the information provided by and in consultation with the employee representatives and monitored by the Enterprise Bargaining Consultative Committee. Employees who hold positions identified in the Corporate Wardrobe Procedure as being eligible for a uniform allowance shall receive: An initial allowance of $750 per financial year upon completion of their probationary period and confirmation of employment A subsequent allowance of $465 per financial year. Remaining staff who elect to purchase the corporate uniform shall receive an allowance of $255 per financial year upon completion of their probationary period and confirmation of employment. Part-time employees shall receive the allowance proportioned to the hours contracted to work Where there is an unspent uniform allowance amount remaining at the end of the financial year, it will be forfeited. Corporate Wardrobe allowances do not equate to cash payment. Any outstanding liability pursuant to the purchase of a corporate wardrobe and the above value of the allowance shall be paid in full by the employee by 30 June annually, or deducted from any monies due if the employee leaves the service of Council.
CORPORATE WARDROBE. Council recognises that a standard Corporate Wardrobe presents a professional public image and accordingly all Employees will be dressed in the agreed Corporate Wardrobe. Employees should refer to Council’s Uniform Principle and Procedure which outlines requirements and associated uniform allowances. This Clause does not apply where Employees are required to comply with Council policy relating to the wearing of a particular Corporate Wardrobe or Personal Protective Equipment (in accordance with Council’s Uniform Principle and Procedure). In these circumstances, Council is responsible to pay the cost of the Corporate Wardrobe in accordance with the Council’s principle.

CORPORATE WARDROBE. In accordance with Council Policy - Clause 28.4, Council shall provide an annual allowance of $450 for a corporate wardrobe for each permanent Employee (other than trainees), and shall pay for replacement items on a fair wear and tear basis in accordance with Council Policy - Clause 2.8.4.
