Corporation Savings Plan. From and after the Effective Time, Corporation shall continue to sponsor the Corporation Savings Plan. Active participation of IMS Health Transferred Savings Plan Employees in the Corporation Savings Plan shall cease immediately after the Effective Time. Nothing contained in this Article III shall have the effect of accelerating the degree to which any individual has a vested interest in the Corporation Savings Plan or the IMS Health Savings Plan.
