Compensation Plan. 1. Subject to any applicable regulation and the Company's/its contractor approval, the applicant shall choose a Compensation Plan on the Affiliate Participation Form. An Affiliate may not change the elected Compensation Plan.
2. The Company/its contractor may change an Affiliate's Compensation Plan, at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion, by sending such Affiliate a notice to such effect by e-mail. In the event Affiliate does not agree to such change, it shall notify the Company by return e-mail within three (3) days of receiving such notice from the Company, and the Agreement shall terminate immediately. In the event Affiliate does not notify the Company within three (3) days from the notice, it shall be deemed as an approval by the Affiliate to such change in the Compensation Plan. It is hereby clarified that Affiliate will continue to receive payment with respect to Traders identified by a Tracker ID prior to the date of any such change in the Compensation Plan, in accordance with the applicable Compensation Plan at the date such Traders registered to the Site(s).
Compensation Plan. The Compensation Plan adopted by the City Council shall provide for salary schedules, rates, ranges, steps and any other special circumstances or items related to the total compensation paid employees. Each position within the classified services shall be allocated to its appropriate class in the classification plan on the basis of duties and responsibilities. Each class shall be assigned a salary range or a rate established in the salary plan. All persons entering the classified service shall be compensated in accordance with the salary plan then in effect.
Compensation Plan. The increase of salaries is dependent upon the school corporation not being in a deficit financing position.

Compensation Plan. Employees shall be compensated on a biweekly basis. The hourly rates as shown in the attached Appendix A, Wage Table, shall be deemed to comprise the compensation plan.
Compensation Plan. As compensation for the Executive's services under this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to receive during his employment the base salary and fringe benefits in accordance with this Section 3 and in accordance with the compensation plan fixed for each fiscal year of the Company, commencing with the current fiscal year, and bonuses in accordance with Section 4 and stock options in accordance with Section 5.
Compensation Plan. SALARY (INCLUDING STIPENDS), DEFERRED COMPENSATION, AND INSURANCE BENEFITS
A. The Basic Salary for teachers employed by Perry Township Schools prior to the 2021-2022 school year is the amount of the Basic Salary in the 2020-2021 school year plus any additional added to the base compensation earned through Article IV, Section 1, Subsection B and C, of this agreement.

Temporary employees were moved from the non-K Pay Plan to the K Pay Plan effective the beginning of the first pay period after July 1, 2015.
Compensation Plan. The Marketing Partner Fee for each Qualified Introduced Client and/or Qualified Introduced Open Account (as applicable) referred by a Marketing Partner to any Site shall be specified in the Marketing Partnership Section of the Site, as updated from time to time in IG’s sole and absolute discretion.
Compensation Plan. Except as otherwise disclosed in the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, the Company has not granted to any person or entity, a stock option or other equity-based award to purchase Common Shares, pursuant to an equity-based compensation plan or otherwise.
