Common use of Corporation Clause in Contracts

Corporation. If Tenant is a corporation, a transfer of corporate shares by sale, assignment, bequest, inheritance, operation of law or other disposition (including such a transfer to or by a receiver or trustee in federal or state bankruptcy, insolvency or other proceedings) resulting in a change in the present control of such corporation or any of its parent corporations by the person or persons owning a majority of said corporate shares, shall constitute an assignment for purposes of this Lease.
