Common use of CORPORATION'S PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

CORPORATION'S PROPERTY. All notes, reports, sketches, plans, unpublished memoranda or other documents created, developed, generated or held by the Employee during the term of this Agreement, concerning or related to the Corporation's business, and whether containing or relating to Confidential Information or not, are the property of the Corporation and will be promptly delivered to the Corporation upon termination or expiry of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever.
