Common use of Correction, Blocking and Deletion Clause in Contracts

Correction, Blocking and Deletion. To the extent the Controller, in its use of the Services, cannot correct, amend, block or delete Personal Data, as required by Data Protection Legislation, Proxyclick shall comply with any request by the Controller to facilitate such actions to the extent Proxyclick is legally permitted to do so. To the extent legally permitted, the Controller shall be responsible for any costs arising from Proxyclick’s provision of such assistance.
