Rights of Data Subjects. 5.1 You control access to Your Services environment that holds Personal Information about Your end users, and Your end users should direct any requests related to their rights under Applicable Data Protection Law to You.
5.2 To the extent such access is not available to You, Oracle will provide assistance with requests from individuals to access, delete or erase, restrict, rectify, receive and transmit, block access to or object to processing related to Personal Information held in Your Services environment on Oracle systems, insofar as reasonably and technically possible.
5.3 If Oracle directly receives any requests or inquiries from Your end users that have identified You as the Controller, it will promptly pass on such requests to You without responding to the end user.
Rights of Data Subjects. 3.1 Data Subject Requests. ClickDimensions shall, to the extent legally permitted, promptly notify Customer if ClickDimensions receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise the Data Subject's right of access, right to rectification, restriction of Processing, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), data portability, object to the Processing, or its right not to be subject to an automated individual decision making (“Data Subject Request”). Taking into account the nature of the Processing, ClickDimensions shall assist Customer by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. In addition, to the extent Customer, in its use of the Services, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, ClickDimensions shall upon Customer’s request provide commercially reasonable efforts to assist Customer in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent ClickDimensions is legally permitted to do so and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. To the extent legally permitted, Customer shall be responsible for any costs arising from ClickDimensions’ provision of such assistance.
Rights of Data Subjects. 7.1 Company shall, to the extent permitted by law, notify Customer upon receipt of a request by a Data Subject to exercise the Data Subject’s right of: access, rectification, erasure, data portability, restriction or cessation of processing, withdrawal of consent to processing, and/or objection to being subject to processing that constitutes automated decision-making (such requests individually and collectively “Data Subject Request(s)”). If Company receives a Data Subject Request in relation to Customer’s data, Company will advise the Data Subject to submit their request to Customer and Customer will be responsible for responding to such request, including, where necessary, by using the functionality of the Services. Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that Data Subject Requests for erasure, restriction or cessation of processing, or withdrawal of consent to processing of any Personal Data are communicated to Company, and, if applicable, for ensuring that a record of consent to processing is maintained with respect to each Data Subject.
7.2 Company shall, at the request of the Customer, and taking into account the nature of the processing applicable to any Data Subject Request, apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to assist Customer in complying with Customer’s obligation to respond to such Data Subject Request and/or in demonstrating such compliance, where possible, provided that (i) Customer is itself unable to respond without Company’s assistance and (ii) Company is able to do so in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Customer shall be responsible to the extent legally permitted for any costs and expenses arising from any such assistance by Company.
Rights of Data Subjects. 3.1 Data Subject Requests. Braze shall, to the extent legally permitted and to the extent Braze has been able to identify that the request comes from a Data Subject whose Personal Data was submitted to the Braze Services by Customer, promptly notify Customer if Braze receives a request from a Data Subject in relation to the exercise of any Data Subject Right (“Data Subject Request”). Braze will confirm to the Data Subject that it has passed the request to the Customer, but Braze shall not handle or execute the Data Subject Request.
3.2 Taking into account the nature of the Processing, Braze shall assist Customer by providing appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under Data Protection Laws and Regulations.
Rights of Data Subjects. ATOSS may only provide information to data subjects affected by processing on behalf or to third parties following prior instruction by Customer. Insofar as a data subject directly contacts ATOSS in this regard, ATOSS shall immediately forward this request to the Customer.
Rights of Data Subjects. The Parties agree that, as between them, Institution and Investigator are best able to manage requests from data subjects for access, amendment, transfer, blocking, or deletion of Personal Data. In the event SPONSOR receives a request from a data subject for such access, amendment, transfer, blocking, or deletion, SPONSOR shall forward the request to Institution and Investigator.
Rights of Data Subjects. 8.1 In the event that a data subject submits a request to exercise its statutory rights to the Processor, the Processor will forward the request to the Controller and inform the data subject thereof. The Controller will subsequently process the request independently. If the Controller requires the assistance of the Processor in handling a request from a data subject, the Processor may charge a fee in respect thereof.

Taking into account the nature of the Processing, Pleo shall assist Customer by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. In addition, to the extent Customer, in its use of the Services, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Pleo shall upon Customer’s request provide commercially reasonable efforts to assist Customer in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent Pleo is legally permitted to do so and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. To the extent legally permitted, Customer shall be responsible for any costs arising from Pleo’s provision of such assistance.
