Common use of Correction by CenturyLink Clause in Contracts

Correction by CenturyLink. If Supplier fails to promptly correct nonconforming Service, CenturyLink may correct the Service itself or hire another contractor to do so and CenturyLink will be entitled to bill Supplier for the cost of correction, including all costs incurred by CenturyLink.
