CORRECTION OF ANNUAL ADDITIONS LIMITATION. If, as a result of reasonable error in determining the amount of elective deferrals an Employee may make without violating the limitations of Part 2 of Article III, an Excess Amount results, the Administrative Committee will return the Excess Amount (as adjusted for allocable income) attributable to the elective deferrals. The Administrative Committee will make this distribution before taking any corrective steps pursuant to Section 3.10 or to Section 3.16. The Administrative Committee will disregard any elective deferrals returned under this Section 14.11(C) for purposes of Sections 14.07, 14.08 and 14.09.
