Common use of Correction of Information Clause in Contracts

Correction of Information. Each of Purchaser and Seller shall promptly correct and supplement any information furnished under this Agreement so that such information shall be correct and complete in all material respects at all times, and shall include all facts necessary to make such information correct and complete in all material respects at all times, provided that any such correction that may result in a change to a party’s Disclosure Schedule shall not be made without the prior written consent of the other party.
