Correction of Work After Substantial Completion. If, after Substantial Completion, any Work is not in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents, District shall provide Contractor with written notice to correct the Work promptly after discovery of the condition. Contractor shall correct the nonconforming Work within a reasonable time after receipt of notice.
