Corrections for Water Content. The heating value on a dry basis for Gas containing water shall be corrected in accordance with standards followed by the American Gas Association. Moisture content of flowing Gas shall be determined as often as found necessary in real practice by use of a mutually acceptable calculation or test instrument, which could include a Meco Moisture Analyzer.
