Corrections of Errors. The Agent is authorized to correct any typographical error or other error of an editorial nature in this Agreement and to substitute such corrected text in the counterparts of this Agreement, provided that such corrections do not modify the meaning or the interpretation of this Agreement and provided that copies of the corrected texts are remitted to each party.

Corrections of Errors. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section, if the Administrative Agent and the Company shall have jointly identified an obvious error or any error or omission of a technical or immaterial nature, in each case, in any provision of the Loan Documents, then the Administrative Agent and the Company shall be permitted to amend such provision and such amendment shall become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to any Loan Document if the same is not objected to in writing by the Required Lenders within five Business Days following receipt of notice thereof. The Administrative Agent may also amend the Commitment Schedule to reflect assignments entered into pursuant to Section 9.04.

As part of the Service, Company shall promptly correct any errors or inaccuracies made known to them either through their own sources or made known to them by AMEX in the AMEX Data. AMEX shall be responsible for (1) the accuracy and completeness of the AMEX Data submitted by AMEX to Company and (2) any errors in and with respect to data obtained from Company caused by inaccurate or incomplete AMEX Data.
Corrections of Errors. If UVMMC fails to make authorized Union deductions, fails to remit to the Union such authorized deductions or any portion thereof, or erroneously withholds deductions or any part thereof, UVMMC shall correct the errors.

In the event either Party determines that there is an error in the amount previously billed and/or paid pursuant to any invoice rendered by Seller or Buyer, the error shall be adjusted within thirty (30) Days of a final determination by the Parties that an error has occurred; provided, however, any claim for such error shall be made within twenty-four (24) Months from the date of the invoice. If the error resulted in an overcharge and the invoice has been paid, the billing Party shall refund the amount of the overcharge to the other Party. If the error resulted in an undercharge and the invoice has been paid, the receiving Party shall pay the amount of the undercharge to the billing Party. In the case of any payment due as a result of an error, such payment shall be made on or before the next due date for payment of Seller's regular monthly invoices under Section 8.3, following the final determination of the amount of the payment. The foregoing provisions shall not apply to Section 17.3 hereof or any amount payable thereunder including, without limitation, amounts calculated pursuant to Section 17.1 hereof.
Corrections of Errors. 22.1 Bids determined to be substantially responsive, will be checked by the JREDA for any arithmetic errors. Errors will be corrected by the JREDA as follows:
a. where there is a discrepancy between the rates in figures and in words, the rate in words will govern; and
b. Where there is a discrepancy between the unit rate and the line item total resulting from multiplying the unit rate by the quantity, the unit rate as quoted will govern.
22.2 The amount stated in the Bid will be adjusted by the JREDA in accordance with the above procedure for the correction of errors and shall be considered as binding upon the Bidder. If the Bidder does not accept the corrected amount, the Bid will be rejected, and the Xxxxxxx money shall be forfeited in accordance with tender documents.
Corrections of Errors. 1. If the University fails to make authorized deductions of union dues and/or PAC or fails to remit to CIR/SEIU such authorized deductions or any portion thereof, or erroneously withholds deductions or any part thereof, the University shall correct the errors. The University shall refund to CIR/SEIU any deductions it has erroneously failed to remit.
2. From the time CIR/SEIU notifies the University in writing of any such errors, or if the University becomes aware of such errors, the University shall have forty-five (45) calendar days to make the corrections to be effective no later than the next payroll period.
3. The University shall not deduct more than two times the normal dues deduction in any given pay period, until the errors have been fully corrected.
4. It is expressly understood and agreed that CIR/SEIU shall refund to the employee any deductions erroneously withheld from the employee’s wages by the University and paid to CIR/SEIU.
