Corrective Action Program Clause Samples

The Corrective Action Program clause establishes a formal process for identifying, reporting, and addressing deficiencies or non-conformities within an organization or project. Typically, this clause outlines the steps for documenting issues, investigating root causes, implementing corrective measures, and verifying the effectiveness of those actions. By providing a structured approach to problem resolution, the clause ensures continuous improvement and helps prevent the recurrence of similar issues, thereby maintaining quality and compliance standards.
