Corrective Work Item List. a. The CONSULTANT shall prepare and maintain a Corrective Work Item list (CWL) with the input from the CITY and ENGINEER. b. CONSULTANT shall confirm that the items identified in the CWL are completed in preparation for issuance of Substantial Completion Certificate (SCC). c. CONSULTANT shall prepare the SCC for execution by the CITY and the CONTRACTOR when the Corrective Work Items are completed to the CITY’s, ENGINEER’s and The CONSULTANT’s satisfaction.
