Technical Specification. A specification contained in a document which lays down characteristics of a product such as levels of quality, performance, safety or dimensions. It may include, or deal exclusively with terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling requirements as they apply to a product. This Agreement deals only with technical specifications relating to products. Thus the wording of the corresponding Economic Commission for Europe/International Organization for Standardization definition is amended in order to exclude services and codes of practice.
Technical Specification. 2.2.1. The Products are described in the technical specification (the “Technical Specification”), that indicated the technical, constructional, functional, esthetical, quality and safety features, with reference to the Product and that will constitute an integral part, together with the present General Terms and Conditions and the Order, of the relationships referred to the purchase of the Product. 2.2.2. It is understood that in case the Parties (a) are intentioned to arrange the Technical Specification only at the time of the placement of the first Order or (b) agree to modify the content in relation to the variation of the Products during the execution of any individual order, the Technical Specification will be enclosed respectively to the first order or to the following Orders, without prejudice to the terms and conditions agreed upon hereto. 2.2.3. Any modification or variation to the content of the Technical Specification shall be in advance agreed upon between the Parties in writings. 2.2.4. The allowances (quality, weight etc.) agreed upon shall be indicated in the Technical Specification. 2.2.5. It is understood that in case the Technical Specification is arranged by the Buyer, the Buyer itself will assume the responsibility in relation to the technical, constructional, functional, esthetical, quality and safety features of the Product.
Technical Specification. The CTSU will provide a first draft of the Technical Specification to the CSC for review. The CSC completes, reviews and returns the Technical Specification to the CTSU for finalisation. Both CSC and CTSU agree on packaging design, presentation of the IMP and on timelines for setting up the IMP. The CSC and CTSU representative must ensure and document that the Technical Specification is consistent with the final approved protocol. The Technical Specification represents the official agreement between the CTSU and the CSC on IMP specifications.

Technical Specification. 3.1. The technical specification for the exchange point and the Service is determined by Netnod and may be modified by Netnod from time to time. Any such modification of the specification is deemed notified to the Customer when published on xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xx/ix/netnod-ix-technical-information (the “Website”). 3.2. In the event a modification of the specification will, in Netnod’s sole opinion, have essential effect on the connection(s), Netnod shall notify the Customer not later than three (3) months prior to the implementation of such specification. Netnod shall however always be entitled to make modifications without prior notifications in order to prevent disruptions of the Service.
