Correspondence and Complaints. (a) Retain electronic copies of manual correspondence letter output on Computershare Image system and make a copy available to Customer within 2 Business Days of a request. (b) Notify Customer of any complaint addressed to a Computershare or Customer executive, or from any regulatory agency (“Complaint”) within 2 Business Days of its identification.
