Correspondence School a. For teachers assigned to Elev8, the days established above shall be scheduled between July 2 and June 30 of the subsequent year, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, statutory holidays and Christmas break.
b. For teachers assigned to Elev8, staff shall have the right to schedule their holidays. Each employee shall have the right to one (1) break of no less than four (4) weeks’ duration.

The regular workday shall consist of a scheduled period of seven (7) hours of work between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. plus a one (1) hour unpaid break for a meal. By mutual agreement between an employee and the employee’s supervisor a meal break may be less than one (1) hour. An employee shall not be required to work a split shift.
