Correspondence with the building contractor. (Art. 10) The usage of digital means for the purpose of exchanging during the performance of the contract is allowed and encouraged unless where indicated otherwise in these Tender Specifications. In the latter cases, notifications of the contracting authority are sent to the domicile or the registered office mentioned in the tender. Whether electronic means are used or not, communications, exchanges and storage of information take place in a way that ensures the integrity and confidentiality of data.
