janitorial services means any and all goods and services necessary to provide cleaning as specified below:
janitorial services has the meaning set forth in Section 14.2(a).
janitorial services is defined to include the following for the Premises and Property: (i) sweep, vacuum, or mop all floors as appropriate: (ii) collect and empty into appropriate containers all trash and garbage; (iii) clean all offices, rest rooms, and other rooms; (iv) supply all soap, towels, tissues and other supplies for the rest rooms; (v) maintain all light bulbs and tubes in operating condition; (vi) clean all interior and exterior glass surfaces as needed; (vii) clean all unsightly or abnormal stains, dirt or other problems as needed; (viii) clean all walking areas to a condition of "broom clean;" and (ix) periodically replace filters for the heating and air conditioning systems as needed.
janitorial services means maintenance and cleaning services on property owned or leased by the City and County of San Francisco.
janitorial services means the type of cleaning services performed by a janitor in the regular course of duty. These services may be performed individually under a separate contract or included within a general contract to perform a combination of such services. These services may include but are not limited to interior window washing, floor cleaning, vacuuming, waxing, cleaning of interior walls and woodwork, cleaning of restrooms and furnaces, and the movement of furniture or other personal property within a building.
janitorial services means those janitorial services to be supplied by the Landlord as set out in Schedule J hereto;
