Common use of Corresponding Reduction to Security Deposit and Rent Offset Clause in Contracts

Corresponding Reduction to Security Deposit and Rent Offset. (a) Subject to 7.1(b) below and notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of Paragraph 7 to the contrary, during the Fifth Extended Term, the Security Deposit for the Remaining Premises shall be reduced and a portion applied to the Monthly Basic Rental payable by Tenant for the Remaining Premises as follows:
