Transfer of Security Deposit. If any Security Deposit or prepaid Rent has been paid by Tenant, Landlord may transfer the Security Deposit or prepaid Rent to Landlord's successor and upon such transfer, Landlord shall be released from any liability for return of the Security Deposit or prepaid Rent.

Transfer of Security Deposit. In the event of a sale or other transfer of the Building or transfer of this Lease, Landlord shall transfer the cash deposit or Letter of Credit to the transferee, and Landlord shall thereupon be released by Tenant from all liability for the return of such security. The provisions hereof shall apply to every transfer or assignment made of the security to such a transferee. Tenant further covenants that it will not assign or encumber or attempt to assign or encumber the Letter of Credit or the proceeds thereof, and that neither Landlord nor its successors or assigns shall be bound by any assignment, encumbrance, attempted assignment or attempted encumbrance.
Transfer of Security Deposit. If Lessor transfers its interest under this Lease, Lessor shall assign the Security Deposit to the new lessor and thereafter Lessor shall have no further liability for the return of the Security Deposit, and Lessee agrees to look solely to the new lessor for the return of the Security Deposit. The provisions of the preceding sentence shall apply to every transfer of assignment of Lessor’s interest under this Lease. Lessee agrees that it will not assign or encumber or attempt to assign or encumber the Security Deposit and that Lessor, its successors and assigns, may return the Security Deposit to the least Lessee in possession at the last address for Notice given by such Lessee and that Lessor shall thereafter be relieved of any liability therefor, regardless of one or more assignments of this Lease or any such actual or attempted assignment or encumbrances of the Security Deposit.
Transfer of Security Deposit. In the event of the sale or transfer of Landlord's interest in the Building, Landlord shall transfer the Security Deposit to the purchaser or assignee, in which event Tenant shall look only to the new landlord for the return of the Security Deposit (subject to the provisions of this Lease), and Landlord shall thereupon be released from all liability to Tenant for the return of the Security Deposit.
Transfer of Security Deposit. Tenant hereby agrees not to look to any mortgagee as mortgagee, mortgagee in possession, or successor in title to the Building for accountability for any security deposit required by Landlord hereunder, unless said sums have actually been received by said mortgagee as security for Tenant’s performance of this Lease. Landlord may deliver the funds deposited hereunder by Tenant to the purchaser of Landlord’s interest in the Building, in the event that such interest is sold, and thereupon Landlord, and its beneficiaries, if any, shall be discharged from any further liability with respect to such security deposit.

Transfer of Security Deposit. In the event of a transfer of Landlord's interest in the Leased Premises, Landlord shall have the right to transfer the Security Deposit to the transferee thereof. In such event, upon the delivery by Landlord to Tenant of such transferee's written acknowledgment of its receipt of the Security Deposit, Landlord shall be deemed to have been released by Tenant from all liability or obligation for the return of the Security Deposit, and Tenant agrees to look solely to such transferee for the return of the Security Deposit and the transferee shall be bound by all provisions of this Lease relating to the return of the Security Deposit.

Transfer of Security Deposit. Landlord shall deliver the Security Deposit to the purchaser of Landlord’s interest in the Premises, in the event that such interest is sold, and upon delivery, Landlord shall be discharged from any further liability respect to repayment of the Security Deposit to Tenant.
Transfer of Security Deposit. If Landlord transfers its interest in the Project or this Lease, Landlord may transfer the Security Deposit to its transferee. If Landlord so transfers the Security Deposit, Landlord shall have no further obligation to return the Security Deposit to Tenant, and Tenant’s right to the return of the Security Deposit shall apply solely against Landlord’s transferee, provided that Landlord gives Tenant written notice of such transfer.

In the event of a transfer of Landlord’s interest in the Building, Landlord shall transfer the Security Deposit to the transferee and thereupon Landlord shall, without any further agreement between the parties, be released by Tenant from all liability therefor arising after such transfer, and it is agreed that the provisions hereof shall apply to every transfer or assignment of the Security Deposit to a new landlord. In connection with any such transfer of the Letter of Credit by Landlord, Tenant shall, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, execute and submit to the Bank such applications, documents and instruments as may be reasonably necessary to effectuate such transfer, and Tenant shall be responsible for paying the Bank’s transfer and processing fees in connection therewith.
