Common use of Corruption and Fraud Clause in Contracts

Corruption and Fraud. 22.4.1. The Supplier hereby represents, warrants and covenants that he has not received nor offered, paid or promised to pay either directly or indirectly, anything of value to any official or employee of the IAA in connection with any business opportunities which are the subject of this Contract. 22.4.2. The Supplier hereby represents that it has not collaborated with or solicited the IAA or any official or employee of the IAA, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of receiving or disclosing confidential information with regard to the Contract. 22.4.3. The Supplier hereby represents that it has not collaborated with or solicited the IAA or any official or employee of the IAA, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of determining prices or payments in an artificial or non-competitive way. 22.4.4. Furthermore, the Supplier shall notify the IAA immediately in writing with full particulars in the event that the Supplier receives a request from any official or employee of the IAA requesting illicit payments. 22.4.5. The Supplier agrees that in the event of a violation of this Section 22.4 by the Supplier, the IAA shall be entitled to terminate this Contract forthwith, without prior written notice. The Supplier hereby waives any right and claim with respect to the termination of this Contract by the IAA for breach of this provision 22.4.

Furthermore, the Supplier shall notify the IAA immediately in writing with full particulars in the event that the Supplier receives a request from any official or employee of the IAA requesting illicit payments. 22.4.529.4.5. The Supplier agrees that in the event of a violation of this Section 22.4 17.6 by the Supplier, the IAA shall be entitled to terminate this Contract forthwith, without prior written notice. The Supplier hereby waives any right and claim with respect to the termination of this Contract by the IAA for breach of this provision 22.417.6.

Furthermore, the Supplier shall notify the IAA immediately in writing with full particulars in the event that the Supplier receives a request from any official or employee of the IAA requesting illicit payments. 22.4.518.6.5. The Supplier agrees that in the event of a violation of this Section 22.4 17.6 by the Supplier, the IAA shall be entitled to terminate this Contract forthwith, without prior written notice. The Supplier hereby waives any right and claim with respect to the termination of this Contract by the IAA for breach of this provision 22.417.6.

Furthermore, the Supplier Contractor shall notify the IAA immediately in writing with full particulars in the event that the Supplier Contractor receives a request from any official or employee of the IAA requesting illicit payments. 22.4.528.4.5. The Supplier Contractor agrees that in the event of a violation of this Section 22.4 17.6 by the SupplierContractor, the IAA shall be entitled to terminate this Contract forthwith, without prior written notice. The Supplier Contractor hereby waives any right and claim with respect to the termination of this Contract by the IAA for breach of this provision 22.417.6.

The Supplier agrees that in the event of a violation of this Section 22.4 17.6 by the Supplier, the IAA shall be entitled to terminate this Contract forthwith, without prior written notice. The Supplier agrees that in the event of a violation of this Section 22.4 17.6 by the Supplier, the IAA shall be entitled to terminate this Contract forthwith, without prior written notice. The Supplier hereby waives any right and claim with respect to the termination of this Contract by the IAA for breach of this provision 22.417.6.

The Supplier Service Provider hereby represents, warrants and covenants that he has not received nor offered, paid or promised to pay either directly or indirectly, anything of value to any official or employee of the IAA in connection with any business opportunities which are the subject of this Contract. 22.4.222.3.2. The Supplier Service Provider hereby represents that does it has not collaborated with or solicited the IAA or any official or employee of the IAA, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of receiving or disclosing confidential information with regard to the Contract. 22.4.322.3.3. The Supplier Service Provider hereby represents that does it has not collaborated with or solicited the IAA or any official or employee of the IAA, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of determining prices or payments in an artificial or non-non- competitive way. 22.4.422.3.4. Furthermore, the Supplier Service Provider shall notify the IAA immediately in writing with full particulars in the event that the Supplier Service Provider receives a request from any official or employee of the IAA requesting illicit payments. 22.4.522.3.5. The Supplier Service Provider agrees that in the event of a violation of this Section 22.4 17.6 by the SupplierService Provider, the IAA shall be entitled to terminate this Contract forthwith, without prior written notice. The Supplier Service Provider hereby waives any right and claim with respect to the termination of this Contract by the IAA for breach of this provision 22.417.6.

Furthermore, the Supplier shall notify the IAA immediately in writing with full particulars in the event that the Supplier receives a request from any official or employee of the IAA requesting illicit payments. 22.4.529.4.5. The Supplier agrees that in the event of a violation of this Section 22.4 29.4 by the Supplier, the IAA shall be entitled to terminate this Contract forthwith, without prior written notice. The Supplier hereby waives any right and claim with respect to the termination of this Contract by the IAA for breach of this provision 22.429.4.

Furthermore, the Supplier shall notify the IAA immediately in writing with full particulars in the event that the Supplier receives a request from any official or employee of the IAA requesting illicit payments. 22.4.530.4.5. The Supplier agrees that in the event of a violation of this Section 22.4 17.6 by the Supplier, the IAA shall be entitled to terminate this Contract forthwith, without prior written notice. The Supplier hereby waives any right and claim with respect to the termination of this Contract by the IAA for breach of this provision 22.417.6.
