SCOPE OF SERVICES 3. 1 The Contractor shall provide all the services required for hiring of vehicles at 2 x 363.3 MW gas based combined cycle power plant at Palatana, Tripura, as set out in further detail in the Technical Specifications (such services, the "Services").
3.2 The Contractor expressly agrees that the scope of Services shall also include all such services which may not have been specifically mentioned in this Contract or the Technical Specifications but which may be necessary for the successful fulfillment of Contractor's obligation under this Contract and such services shall be performed by the Contractor without any additional cost to the Owner.

SCOPE OF SERVICES 3. 1 The Contractor shall provide all the services required for providing Mobile Health Unit (MHU) Services at Gomati & Sepahijala Districts (Tripura), including but not limited to (i) Deliver primary healthcare services to the underserved rural areas; (ii) Reduce infant & maternal mortality and improve the health status of adolescent girls; (iii) Prevention & control of communicable and non- communicable / other preventive diseases as set out in further detail in the Technical Specifications and Bill of Quantity (BoQ) (such services, the "Services"). 3.2 The only exclusion from the scope of Services are as specified in Technical Specification, if any. Except for such exclusion specified in Technical specification, all other services including supply of vehicles, qualified manpower, medicines, medical instruments, fuel for vehicles, baseline and impact studyies tools, tackles, instruments etc required for Mobile Health Unit (MHU) Services at Gomati & Sepahijala Districts (Tripura) are included in the scope of Services of Contractor.
SCOPE OF SERVICES 3. 1 The Contractor shall provide all the services required for effective Facility Management Service at OTPC Township, Khilpara, including but not limited to (i) Management of Township Facilities (ii) Housekeeping and cleaning (iii) Trash Removal (iv) Horticulture and Landscaping (v) Electrical Maintenance (vi) Mechanical Maintenance (vii) Security (viii) Civil Maintenance around as set out in further detail in the Technical Specifications and Bill of Quantity (BoQ) (such services, the "Services").
