Corruption Practices. The Supplier shall not, and shall ensure that its directors, officers, Employees, servants and agents do not, directly or indirectly offer or give or agree to give to any person any gifts, inducement or reward that may influence business decisions or create the appearance of influencing any business decision whether or not such action shall comprise an offence under the applicable laws including the Penal Code (Chapter 224) or the Prevention of Corruption Act (Chapter 241).
Corruption Practices. Each Party acknowledges that it is familiar with and compliant with the FCP Legislation, and agrees that at all times whilst the Investor is a shareholder in the Company, it will and will procure that its affiliates (and in the case of the Founder and the Company, the Subsidiaries and the VIE Affiliates) and their incumbent respective officers, directors, employees and agents will, remain compliant with the FCP
